This is our pasture raised grass fed and grass finished beef – it’s lean and healthy.  Dry aged for a flavor you can’t find in the grocery store!

We cross Angus and Wagyu for a great tasting product raised on grass in the Lower Columbia basin.

Large beef is typically about 550-650 lb hanging weight.

Price is in 2 parts to pay the farmer and the butcher shop:

To the farmer: $4/lb hanging weight due within 10 days of harvest

To the butcher: Cut and wrap plus mobile slaughter fees due on pickup at Matt’s Meats in Longview.
